About this website

This website (quasarus.co) is operated by the founding team of Quasarus as a brand in the process of incorporation. It is an informational site about the work we do and the products we operate. By accessing it, you accept these interim terms.

No commercial relationship

Visiting this website does not create any commercial, advisory, employment, partnership, investment, or fiduciary relationship between you and Quasarus. Any descriptions of services, partnerships, or roles published here are non-binding statements of intent.

A binding agreement only comes into existence when a written, signed contract is executed between you and the legally incorporated Quasarus entity, once registered. Inquiries sent to info@quasarus.co are non-binding on either side until such a contract is in place.

Job applications

The "Apply" buttons on the Careers page open your email client with a pre-filled application template. Sending us your application does not create an offer, an employment relationship, or a guarantee of further communication. We review applications on our own timeline and reply when we believe there is a fit.

Products mentioned on this site

Products listed in the Products section — including Melodio (melodio.co) and Quran Mode (quran-mode.app) — are operated under their own brands and terms. Using those products is governed by the terms posted on their respective sites or app stores, not by these terms.

Intellectual property

The Quasarus name, logo, brand language, written content, and visual design of this website are the intellectual property of the founding team and, upon incorporation, will be assigned to the registered Quasarus entity. You may not reproduce, republish, or use them commercially without written permission.

Third-party logos that may appear on this site (e.g. partner products, platforms we run ads on) remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) attempt to access this site by means other than the public web interface; (b) scrape, crawl, or download content at a rate that interferes with normal operation; (c) attempt to bypass any security measure; (d) use the site or any content from it to defraud or mislead a third party.

No warranty

This website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties — express or implied — about availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the information on this site.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the founding team of Quasarus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Your sole remedy is to stop using the site.

Governing law

The governing law and venue for any dispute will be the jurisdiction in which Quasarus is incorporated, and will be specified in the full terms published after incorporation. Until then, any disputes will be resolved by good-faith discussion with the founding team.

Changes to these terms

These interim terms will be replaced by complete terms of use once Quasarus is incorporated. The version in force at any time is the one published on this page. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
